By using Veinfall SMP, visiting our store, purchasing ranks or coins, joining our Discord, opening support tickets, or interacting with our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Who Operates This Store
Veinfall SMP operates the Minecraft server, community, rules, staff decisions, rank setup, coin systems, package setup, and support handling.

2.3 Payment Information
Payments are handled through MCsets and payment-related providers. Veinfall SMP does not intentionally store full credit card numbers, full debit card numbers, bank account numbers, or full payment credentials on our Minecraft server systems.

6. Ranks and Package Data
If you purchase or receive a rank, we may store the rank purchased, account receiving the rank, rank upgrade history, rank expiration if temporary, assigned permissions, delivery commands, delivery logs, and rank removals caused by refunds, chargebacks, rule violations, or corrections.

Do not post private information in public Minecraft chat, Discord channels, usernames, nicknames, signs, books, item names, or other public places.
11. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Veinfall SMP, maintain the store, provide support, verify purchases, prevent fraud, respond to disputes, enforce rules, comply with legal obligations, and protect the server.
Purchase records may be kept for payment verification, refunds, billing support, taxes, fraud prevention, and chargeback defense.
Rank and coin records may be kept while needed to verify ownership, delivery, support claims, or account history.
Support tickets may be kept to document purchase issues, appeals, reports, refunds, and staff decisions.

No Minecraft server, online store, database, plugin, hosting provider, Discord server, or payment system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. Account Security
You are responsible for securing your Minecraft account, Microsoft account, Discord account, email account, and payment methods.
We are not responsible for purchases, lost coins, lost items, bans, punishments, privacy issues, or account misuse caused by account sharing, weak passwords, compromised accounts, phishing, malware, friends, family members, or other people using your account.
14. Children and Minors
Veinfall SMP is a Minecraft community and may be accessed by younger players. We do not knowingly request unnecessary personal information from children.
If you are under the legal age required in your location to consent to data collection or make purchases, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the store, buying ranks or coins, joining Discord, submitting support tickets, or providing personal information.
Parents or legal guardians who believe their child has provided personal information without permission may contact us through Discord support.

If fraud or abuse is suspected, we may delay delivery, cancel orders, remove digital goods, block purchases, ban accounts, or provide evidence to MCsets, payment processors, or appropriate authorities.

Veinfall SMP may use third-party services including MCsets, payment processors, hosting providers, Discord, Minecraft, Microsoft, Mojang, server plugins, permission plugins, economy plugins, anti-cheat plugins, moderation plugins, analytics tools, security tools, and fraud prevention systems.

Veinfall SMP, MCsets, payment processors, hosting providers, and other service providers may process information in different countries or regions.

Veinfall SMP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or associated with Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, Xbox Game Studios, or Minecraft.
Minecraft names, assets, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
23. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time because of store changes, MCsets changes, payment processor changes, plugin changes, new ranks, new coins, legal requirements, security updates, or operational changes.
Updated versions may be posted on our store, Discord, website, or another official location. Continued use of Veinfall SMP after changes are posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
