REFUND POLICY

Veinfall SMP Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the official Veinfall SMP MCsets-powered store, including ranks, rank upgrades, coins, virtual currency, crate keys, kits, cosmetics, commands, tags, bundles, subscriptions, temporary packages, seasonal items, and any other digital goods.

By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our server rules, and any checkout terms shown by MCsets or payment providers.

If you do not agree with this Refund Policy, do not make a purchase.


1. Digital Goods Notice

All items sold on the Veinfall SMP store are digital goods. No physical item will be shipped or delivered.

Digital goods may include ranks, rank upgrades, coins, crate keys, kits, cosmetics, commands, tags, permissions, bundles, seasonal packages, temporary perks, subscriptions, or other Minecraft server benefits.

Because these products are digital and may be delivered instantly, automatically, or shortly after payment, all purchases are generally final once completed, delivered, activated, redeemed, used, partially used, or made available to the Minecraft account provided at checkout.


2. MCsets-Powered Store

Our store is powered by MCsets. MCsets, payment processors, banks, card networks, Merchant of Record partners, fraud prevention providers, and other checkout-related services may be involved in payment processing, order handling, refunds, taxes, subscriptions, chargebacks, and delivery systems.

Veinfall SMP controls the Minecraft server, ranks, coins, packages, support decisions, rules, and in-game delivery setup.

Refunds may also be subject to MCsets rules, payment processor rules, Merchant of Record rules, bank rules, card network rules, fraud prevention rules, and applicable law.


3. General No-Refund Policy

All purchases are final to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Refunds are not guaranteed. By purchasing from Veinfall SMP, you acknowledge that you are buying digital content for use on a Minecraft server and that the item may be delivered immediately after payment.

A refund will normally not be provided if:

  • You changed your mind.
  • You no longer want the item.
  • You stopped playing Veinfall SMP.
  • You purchased the wrong item.
  • You entered the wrong Minecraft username.
  • You failed to read the item description.
  • You expected benefits that were not listed.
  • You were banned, muted, blacklisted, jailed, suspended, restricted, or punished.
  • You lost access to your Minecraft account.
  • Your account was hacked, shared, or compromised.
  • A friend, sibling, family member, or another person used your account or payment method.
  • You spent, used, consumed, redeemed, transferred, claimed, activated, or benefited from the item.
  • You lost coins, items, rewards, or progress through gameplay.
  • You died in-game, were raided, were scammed, lost a fight, lost items, or made a gameplay mistake.
  • A server reset, world reset, map reset, season reset, economy reset, or plugin update affected gameplay.
  • A rank, coin package, command, perk, kit, cosmetic, or feature was changed, rebalanced, replaced, limited, or removed.
  • You disagree with a staff decision, punishment, rule, balance change, or server update.
  • The server experienced lag, downtime, maintenance, bugs, crashes, rollbacks, or temporary unavailability.
  • You purchased before a sale or discount.
  • You forgot to cancel a subscription or recurring payment.

4. Limited Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only in limited situations and only if the issue is reported properly through official Discord support.

A refund may be considered if:

  • You were charged more than once for the exact same item because of a duplicate payment error.
  • The wrong item was delivered because of a confirmed error by Veinfall SMP or the store system.
  • The purchase was never delivered and we are unable to deliver it after reasonable investigation.
  • The payment was clearly unauthorized and verified through proper payment and support channels.
  • Applicable law requires a refund.

Even when a refund is considered, Veinfall SMP may first attempt to resolve the issue by delivering the missing item, correcting the purchase, replacing the item, crediting the correct account, or applying the intended rank, coins, or digital goods.

A refund request does not guarantee approval.


5. Delivery Issues

Most purchases are delivered automatically through MCsets and/or server-side delivery systems.

Delivery may take a few seconds, several minutes, or longer depending on payment verification, server connection, plugin status, delivery queue status, player online status, store status, or technical conditions.

A purchase may be considered delivered when the digital item, rank, coin balance, permission, command, kit, tag, crate key, cosmetic, or package is applied, credited, queued, activated, made available, or otherwise assigned to the Minecraft account provided at checkout.

If your purchase does not appear immediately, do not open a chargeback. Contact Discord support first.


6. Required Information for Support

To request help with a purchase, refund, or delivery issue, you must provide enough information for staff to verify the order.

Support may require:

  • Your Minecraft username
  • Your Minecraft UUID, if requested
  • Your Discord username or Discord ID
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The order number
  • The transaction ID
  • The item purchased
  • The purchase date and approximate time
  • A screenshot or copy of the receipt
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Any error messages or relevant evidence

Do not send full credit card numbers, full debit card numbers, bank login details, passwords, or full payment credentials.


7. Incorrect Minecraft Username

You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username at checkout.

If you enter the wrong Minecraft username, the purchase may be delivered to the wrong account. Veinfall SMP is not required to refund, duplicate, replace, transfer, or reissue purchases caused by incorrect information entered by the customer.

Staff may choose to help transfer a purchase if the issue can be verified, but this is not guaranteed.


8. Used, Spent, or Redeemed Items

Refunds will normally not be provided for items that have already been used, spent, consumed, redeemed, activated, claimed, transferred, or otherwise benefited from.

This includes coins that have been spent, crate keys that have been opened, kits that have been claimed, commands or perks that have been used, ranks that have been active, subscriptions that provided benefits, bundles that were partially redeemed, or any package that affected gameplay, permissions, balance, or account status.

If a refund is approved after an item has been delivered or partially used, Veinfall SMP may remove the item, reverse benefits, remove coins, remove ranks, remove permissions, reset affected balances, or take other corrective action.


9. Coins and Virtual Currency

Coins are digital goods for use only on Veinfall SMP.

Coins have no real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, withdrawn, exchanged for gift cards, converted to cryptocurrency, transferred outside Veinfall SMP, sold for real-world value, or refunded after use.

Coin purchases are final once delivered, credited, used, spent, partially spent, or made available.

If coins are refunded, disputed, charged back, reversed, duplicated, exploited, or obtained through error, Veinfall SMP may remove the coins, remove items purchased with the coins, reverse transactions, reset balances, suspend accounts, or ban accounts involved.


10. Ranks and Rank Upgrades

Ranks and rank upgrades are digital server benefits.

Ranks may include permissions, commands, tags, cosmetics, kits, chat features, or other benefits. Rank perks may change over time because of balancing, plugin changes, Minecraft updates, compliance requirements, technical issues, security issues, abuse prevention, or server management decisions.

Refunds will normally not be issued because a rank perk changed, a command was removed, a kit was rebalanced, a permission was adjusted, a cosmetic changed, a rank display changed, you no longer like the rank, you bought a higher rank later, or you were punished after purchasing.

If a rank is refunded, disputed, charged back, or reversed, all related rank benefits may be removed.


11. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

If Veinfall SMP offers subscriptions, monthly ranks, recurring coin packages, or recurring digital benefits, the subscription terms shown at checkout apply.

You are responsible for reviewing subscription terms before purchasing and cancelling any recurring subscription before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged again.

Refunds will normally not be provided because you forgot to cancel, did not use the subscription, stopped playing, were banned, no longer want the subscription, or did not understand the payment was recurring if it was shown at checkout.

If a subscription payment fails, is cancelled, refunded, disputed, or charged back, related benefits may be removed immediately.


12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You must contact Veinfall SMP through Discord support before opening a chargeback, payment dispute, bank claim, PayPal dispute, card dispute, unauthorized transaction claim, or similar reversal request.

Opening a chargeback or dispute without first contacting support may result in account action.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, Veinfall SMP may:

  • Remove purchased ranks, coins, and digital goods
  • Remove items purchased with disputed coins
  • Remove permissions, commands, kits, tags, cosmetics, or other benefits
  • Suspend or ban the Minecraft account connected to the order
  • Suspend or ban related accounts
  • Block future purchases
  • Cancel pending orders
  • Submit evidence to MCsets, payment processors, banks, card networks, or fraud prevention providers
  • Recover fees, costs, losses, or penalties where permitted by law

Evidence submitted in response to a chargeback may include order records, delivery logs, Minecraft usernames, UUIDs, rank records, coin records, server logs, support messages, IP-related security information, and proof that digital goods were delivered or used.


13. Rule Violations and Bans

Purchasing ranks, coins, or any other digital goods does not exempt you from server rules.

You are not entitled to a refund if you lose access to Veinfall SMP or purchased benefits because you violated rules, abused systems, harmed the community, or created risk for the server.

Refunds will normally not be provided if your account is punished for cheating, hacking, unauthorized clients, macros, bots, exploiting, scamming, griefing, harassment, threats, doxxing, impersonation, chargeback abuse, fraud, ban evasion, staff abuse, player abuse, store abuse, coin abuse, rank abuse, or plugin abuse.


14. Server Resets, Seasons, and Changes

Veinfall SMP may reset, update, rebalance, or modify the server at any time.

This may include world resets, season resets, map resets, economy resets, coin balance adjustments, plugin changes, rank changes, kit changes, crate changes, command changes, permission changes, gameplay balancing, store package changes, or temporary removal of features.

Refunds will normally not be provided because of server resets, seasonal changes, plugin changes, economy balancing, rank reworks, gameplay changes, or technical updates.


15. Downtime and Technical Issues

Veinfall SMP is provided on an availability basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the server, store, Discord, delivery systems, plugins, ranks, coins, or other services.

Refunds will normally not be provided for downtime, store downtime, maintenance, lag, crashes, rollbacks, plugin failures, hosting issues, database issues, delivery delays, Minecraft authentication issues, Discord outages, MCsets outages, payment processor outages, or third-party service interruptions.


16. Sales, Discounts, Coupons, and Promotions

Sales, discounts, coupons, bundles, limited-time offers, giveaways, and promotions are optional and may be changed, cancelled, limited, or removed at any time.

Discounts are not retroactive. If you purchased an item before a sale, you are not entitled to a refund, partial refund, price match, store credit, or compensation for the difference.

If a discount, coupon, sale, or promotion was caused by an error, exploit, unauthorized use, typo, misconfiguration, or technical issue, Veinfall SMP may cancel the order, correct the purchase, remove digital goods, or refund the transaction at its discretion.


17. Fraud, Abuse, and Unauthorized Payments

Veinfall SMP, MCsets, payment processors, banks, card networks, Merchant of Record partners, and fraud prevention providers may review, delay, cancel, deny, refund, or investigate purchases suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment activity, stolen payment methods, chargeback risk, account compromise, or violation of this Refund Policy.

Fraud or abuse may include using stolen payment methods, using payment methods without permission, filing false chargebacks, claiming items were not delivered when logs show delivery, exploiting coupons, duplicating coins, abusing multiple accounts, reselling ranks or coins without permission, or attempting to bypass store systems.

If fraud or abuse is suspected, Veinfall SMP may remove benefits, ban accounts, block purchases, cancel orders, deny refunds, and provide evidence to relevant payment or security providers.


18. Taxes, Fees, and Processing Costs

Some purchases may include taxes, platform fees, processing fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges depending on your location, payment method, MCsets settings, payment provider, Merchant of Record partner, or applicable law.

If a refund is approved, the amount returned may depend on the rules of MCsets, the Merchant of Record partner, payment processor, bank, card network, tax authority, or applicable law.

Veinfall SMP is not responsible for delays, deductions, exchange rate changes, bank fees, card fees, currency conversion differences, or payment provider processing times.


19. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, processing time may vary depending on MCsets, the payment processor, bank, card network, Merchant of Record partner, payment method, currency, and region.

A refund may not appear immediately after approval. Some payment methods may take several business days or longer to show the refunded amount.

Veinfall SMP cannot guarantee exact refund processing times once the refund has been submitted through the applicable payment system.


20. Refund Method

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method when possible.

Veinfall SMP is not required to provide refunds through a different payment method, gift card, cryptocurrency, external transfer, PayPal transfer, bank transfer, or cash.

If the original payment method is unavailable, refund handling may depend on MCsets, the payment processor, Merchant of Record partner, bank, card network, or applicable law.


21. Store Credit and Replacements

Instead of a refund, Veinfall SMP may choose to offer a replacement item, redelivery, correction, account transfer, coin correction, rank correction, or store credit where appropriate.

Store credit, if offered, has no cash value and may only be used according to the rules provided at the time it is issued.

Veinfall SMP is not required to offer store credit unless required by applicable law.


22. Refund Request Deadline

Refund or delivery issue requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the purchase.

Requests submitted long after the purchase may be denied if records are unavailable, the item was already used, staff cannot verify the issue, the purchase is outside the review period allowed by MCsets or the payment processor, or the delay prevents a fair investigation.


23. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review, contact Veinfall SMP through our official Discord support system.

We do not currently offer refund or purchase support through email. All official refund, billing, and purchase support requests must be handled through our Discord server.

Your request must include:

  • Your Minecraft username
  • Your order number
  • Your transaction ID
  • The email used at checkout
  • The item purchased
  • The date of purchase
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Any proof, screenshots, receipts, or evidence related to the issue

Requests that are incomplete, abusive, threatening, dishonest, fraudulent, spammy, or missing required information may be delayed, denied, or ignored.


24. Investigation Process

When reviewing a refund request, Veinfall SMP may check MCsets order records, payment status, refund status, chargeback status, delivery logs, rank records, coin records, permission records, command logs, server logs, support tickets, chat logs where relevant, moderation history, fraud indicators, and account ownership information.

By requesting a refund, you agree that Veinfall SMP may review information reasonably necessary to investigate the purchase and protect the server, store, staff, and community.


25. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, Veinfall SMP may remove or reverse all related digital goods.

This may include removing ranks, rank upgrades, coins, items purchased with refunded coins, crate keys, kits, cosmetics, tags, commands, permissions, package effects, and account balances.

If a refunded item cannot be fully reversed because it was already used, spent, transferred, consumed, or affected gameplay, Veinfall SMP may deny the refund or take other corrective action.


26. Denied Refunds

If a refund request is denied, the decision may be final unless new and relevant evidence is provided.

Repeatedly submitting the same denied request, threatening staff, abusing support, opening false disputes, or harassing staff may result in account restrictions or bans.


27. Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Some locations may provide consumer rights that apply regardless of this policy. Where applicable law requires a refund, cancellation right, correction, or other remedy, Veinfall SMP will follow the law.

Where allowed by law, by purchasing digital goods and requesting immediate delivery, you acknowledge that your purchase may become final once delivery begins, the goods are made available, or the goods are used.


28. Policy Updates

Veinfall SMP may update this Refund Policy at any time because of updates to MCsets, payment processors, Merchant of Record rules, Minecraft rules, Microsoft rules, server features, ranks, coins, subscriptions, laws, taxes, fraud prevention requirements, or operational needs.

The version posted on the store at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless a newer version is required by law, payment processor rules, MCsets rules, or fraud prevention requirements.


29. Final Acknowledgement

By purchasing from Veinfall SMP, you confirm that:

  • You understand that all products are digital goods.
  • You understand that ranks and coins have no real-world cash value.
  • You understand that purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
  • You understand that delivery may be automatic and immediate.
  • You understand that used, spent, redeemed, or delivered items are normally not refundable.
  • You understand that bans, mutes, punishments, and rule violations do not entitle you to refunds.
  • You understand that chargebacks may result in removal of purchases and account restrictions.
  • You understand that Veinfall SMP may remove refunded, disputed, or charged-back benefits.
  • You understand that MCsets and payment providers may have their own rules and processing times.
  • You agree to contact Discord support before opening a payment dispute.

If you do not agree with this Refund Policy, do not purchase from the Veinfall SMP store.
