Need help with a purchase, rank, coins, missing item, refund request, or account issue? All official Veinfall SMP support is handled through our Discord server.

Purchase Support
If you bought a rank, coins, crate keys, kits, cosmetics, or another digital item and did not receive it, please open a support ticket in our Discord.
When opening a ticket, include:
- Your Minecraft username
- Your Discord username
- The item you purchased
- Your order number or transaction ID
- The email used at checkout
- The date of purchase
- A screenshot or copy of your receipt
Do not send full credit card numbers, passwords, banking details, or private payment credentials.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be made through our Discord support system. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed according to our Refund Policy.

Account Issues
If you entered the wrong Minecraft username during checkout, lost access to your account, or believe your purchase was delivered incorrectly, contact support as soon as possible.
We may be able to help if the order can be verified, but transfers, replacements, and corrections are not guaranteed.
Server Rules and Punishments
If you were banned, muted, warned, or punished, you may open a ticket in Discord if appeals are currently allowed.
Buying a rank or coins does not exempt any player from server rules.
Important Notice
Veinfall SMP does not currently offer support through email. All official support, billing, refund, and purchase issues must be handled through Discord.
