Veinfall SMP Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all access to and use of Veinfall SMP, including our Minecraft server, MCsets-powered webstore, ranks, coins, digital packages, Discord community, support systems, events, giveaways, and any related services.
By joining Veinfall SMP, using our store, purchasing ranks or coins, opening a Discord support ticket, receiving digital goods, or participating in our community, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the server, do not make purchases, and do not participate in Veinfall SMP services.
1. Definitions
- "Veinfall SMP", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the Veinfall SMP Minecraft server, staff team, store configuration, Discord community, and related services.
- "User", "player", "customer", "you", and "your" refer to any person who accesses, plays on, purchases from, or interacts with Veinfall SMP.
- "MCsets" refers to the third-party platform used to host and operate our Minecraft webstore and checkout systems.
- "Store" refers to the Veinfall SMP store powered by MCsets.
- "Digital Goods" means ranks, coins, permissions, commands, cosmetics, crate keys, kits, tags, bundles, upgrades, perks, virtual currency, or any other non-physical server item.
- "Ranks" means paid or free server groups that may include permissions, cosmetics, commands, tags, kits, or other in-game benefits.
- "Coins" means virtual currency or store-related credit usable only within Veinfall SMP systems.
- "Chargeback" means a payment dispute, bank dispute, card dispute, PayPal dispute, unauthorized transaction claim, reversal, or similar payment challenge.
2. Digital Goods Only
All products sold through the Veinfall SMP store are digital goods only. No physical items will be shipped or delivered.
Digital goods may include ranks, coins, rank upgrades, kits, crate keys, commands, tags, cosmetics, bundles, temporary perks, seasonal perks, subscription benefits, or other in-game items.
Digital goods have no real-world cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, physical goods, or anything outside of Veinfall SMP.
3. MCsets-Powered Store
Our store is powered by MCsets. MCsets and its related payment providers may assist with checkout, order processing, taxes, billing systems, fraud checks, refunds, disputes, payment handling, and delivery systems.
Veinfall SMP controls the Minecraft server, ranks, coins, package setup, item descriptions, support decisions, rules, staff enforcement, and in-game delivery configuration.
By purchasing from our store, you understand that MCsets, payment processors, banks, card networks, fraud prevention providers, and other third-party services may also apply their own terms, policies, processing times, and requirements.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for your Minecraft account, Microsoft account, Discord account, payment method, and any information entered during checkout.
Actions taken on your account may be treated as actions taken by you. This includes purchases, rule violations, chat messages, commands, coin spending, chargebacks, support requests, and gameplay actions.
Veinfall SMP is not responsible for issues caused by account sharing, hacked accounts, weak passwords, compromised emails, stolen payment methods, friends, siblings, family members, or anyone else using your account.
5. Correct Username Required
You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username during checkout.
If you enter the wrong username, your purchase may be delivered to the wrong account. Veinfall SMP is not required to refund, replace, duplicate, transfer, or reissue purchases caused by incorrect customer information.
Staff may choose to help fix username mistakes if the purchase can be verified, but this is not guaranteed.
6. Delivery of Purchases
Most purchases are delivered automatically through MCsets and server-side delivery systems. Delivery may take a few seconds, several minutes, or longer depending on payment verification, server status, plugin status, queue status, player online status, or technical delays.
A purchase may be considered delivered when the digital goods are applied, credited, assigned, activated, queued, or otherwise made available to the Minecraft account provided at checkout.
If a purchase does not appear, you must contact Veinfall SMP through our official Discord support system before opening any chargeback or dispute.
7. Ranks
Ranks are digital server benefits linked to the Minecraft account provided during checkout.
Ranks may include permissions, cosmetics, kits, commands, tags, chat features, or other perks. The exact benefits of a rank may change at any time for balance, fairness, technical, legal, plugin, Minecraft, Microsoft, MCsets, EULA, abuse-prevention, or server-management reasons.
Purchasing a rank does not grant ownership of the server, staff authority, immunity from rules, guaranteed access forever, guaranteed uptime, guaranteed gameplay results, or permanent access to every specific perk forever.
8. Coins and Virtual Currency
Coins are virtual currency usable only on Veinfall SMP.
Coins are not real money, bank credit, gift cards, cryptocurrency, securities, or stored-value financial instruments.
Coins cannot be redeemed for cash, withdrawn, transferred outside the server, sold for real money, exchanged for gift cards, converted to cryptocurrency, or refunded after use.
We may modify, reset, remove, rebalance, limit, or disable coin systems at any time for gameplay balance, fraud prevention, technical reasons, economy protection, server resets, or rule enforcement.
9. No Pay-to-Win Guarantee
Veinfall SMP aims to maintain a fair server environment and follow applicable Minecraft commercial usage expectations.
Ranks, coins, and paid perks may be modified, limited, rebalanced, replaced, or removed if we believe they create unfair gameplay, violate rules, harm the community, create technical issues, or require compliance changes.
Changes made for fairness, compliance, balance, or server health do not automatically entitle you to a refund.
10. Final Sale Policy
All purchases are final to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Because ranks, coins, and other packages are digital goods that may be delivered instantly, refunds are generally not provided after an order is completed, delivered, activated, redeemed, used, partially used, or made available.
By purchasing, you request immediate delivery of digital content and understand that your purchase may become final once delivery begins or the item is made available.
11. Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed. Refunds may only be considered in limited cases, such as duplicate payment errors, confirmed delivery failure that cannot be fixed, incorrect delivery caused by our system, clearly verified unauthorized payment, or where required by applicable law.
Refunds are normally not provided because you changed your mind, stopped playing, entered the wrong username, bought the wrong item, expected different benefits, failed to read the description, were banned, were muted, lost items, lost coins, experienced a reset, experienced downtime, or disliked a server change.
All refund requests must be made through our official Discord support system.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree to contact Veinfall SMP through Discord support before opening a chargeback, bank dispute, card dispute, PayPal dispute, unauthorized transaction claim, or similar payment reversal.
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, Veinfall SMP may remove ranks, coins, items, permissions, packages, and benefits connected to the disputed purchase.
We may also suspend, ban, blacklist, restrict, or block the Minecraft account, Discord account, related accounts, and future purchases connected to the dispute.
We may provide order records, delivery logs, Minecraft usernames, UUIDs, coin records, rank records, support messages, server logs, and other relevant evidence to MCsets, payment processors, banks, card networks, fraud providers, or dispute handlers.
13. Rule Violations
Purchasing ranks, coins, or any other digital goods does not exempt you from server rules.
You may lose access to the server or purchased benefits without refund if you cheat, hack, exploit, scam, grief, harass, threaten, dox, impersonate, abuse bugs, duplicate items, use unauthorized clients, evade bans, charge back, commit fraud, abuse staff, abuse players, abuse systems, or violate Veinfall SMP rules.
Staff may enforce rules against paid and unpaid players equally.
14. Server Resets and Changes
Veinfall SMP may reset, update, change, rebalance, or modify the server at any time.
This may include world resets, map resets, economy resets, season resets, coin adjustments, rank changes, kit changes, crate changes, command changes, permission changes, plugin updates, store changes, or gameplay balancing.
Purchases do not guarantee that the same exact map, economy, perks, features, prices, coin values, rewards, or gameplay systems will remain unchanged forever.
15. Downtime and Technical Issues
Veinfall SMP is provided on an availability basis. We do not guarantee that the server, store, Discord, plugins, ranks, coins, delivery systems, or related services will always be online, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
Downtime may occur because of maintenance, updates, hosting issues, crashes, bugs, attacks, plugin errors, Minecraft issues, MCsets issues, payment issues, or other third-party outages.
Temporary downtime, lag, maintenance, delivery delays, bugs, crashes, or interruptions do not automatically entitle you to a refund.
16. Staff Decisions
Veinfall SMP staff may investigate reports, enforce rules, issue punishments, remove benefits, correct purchases, reverse exploit gains, manage support requests, and make final decisions about server-related matters.
Staff decisions may be based on chat logs, command logs, server logs, plugin data, anti-cheat alerts, screenshots, recordings, reports, support tickets, purchase records, or other available evidence.
Arguing that you purchased a rank or coins does not prevent staff from enforcing rules.
17. Fraud and Abuse
You may not abuse, manipulate, bypass, exploit, attack, reverse engineer, or interfere with Veinfall SMP, MCsets, payment systems, coupon systems, delivery systems, rank systems, coin systems, plugins, Discord systems, or server infrastructure.
Fraud or abuse may result in order cancellation, removal of benefits, blocked purchases, support denial, bans, blacklists, or reports to payment providers and relevant platforms.
18. Coupons, Sales, and Promotions
Coupons, sales, discounts, giveaways, bundles, promotions, and limited-time offers may be changed, cancelled, limited, or removed at any time.
Discounts are not retroactive. If you buy something before a sale, you are not entitled to a refund, credit, or price adjustment.
If a coupon or sale is caused by an error, exploit, typo, misconfiguration, or unauthorized use, we may cancel or correct the order.
19. Subscriptions
If Veinfall SMP offers subscriptions or recurring packages, the subscription terms shown at checkout apply.
You are responsible for cancelling recurring payments before renewal if you no longer want the subscription.
Forgetting to cancel, not using the subscription, being banned, or stopping play does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
20. Public Information
Some information may be visible to other players, including your Minecraft username, nickname, rank, chat messages, Discord messages, leaderboard stats, shop listings, event results, and other public gameplay information.
Do not share private information in public chat, Discord channels, signs, books, usernames, nicknames, item names, or other public areas.
21. Third-Party Services
Veinfall SMP may rely on third-party services including MCsets, payment processors, hosting providers, Discord, Minecraft, Microsoft, Mojang, plugins, anti-cheat tools, databases, and security systems.
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, including outages, delays, bugs, account issues, payment reviews, API failures, or platform restrictions.
22. Minecraft, Mojang, and Microsoft Disclaimer
Veinfall SMP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or associated with Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, Xbox Game Studios, or Minecraft.
Minecraft names, assets, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
You are responsible for following applicable Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, Discord, MCsets, and payment provider rules.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veinfall SMP, its owners, staff, developers, administrators, and representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
This includes loss of items, loss of coins, loss of ranks, loss of progress, loss of account access, loss of gameplay time, lost profits, lost data, downtime, bugs, rollbacks, or third-party service issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any purchase-related claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific purchase involved in the claim.
24. No Warranties
Veinfall SMP, the store, ranks, coins, digital goods, and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the server will always be available, that perks will remain unchanged forever, that plugins will never fail, that gameplay progress will never be lost, or that all issues will be fixed.
25. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, remove, or permanently ban access to Veinfall SMP if we believe a user violated these Terms, violated server rules, harmed the community, abused systems, created risk, committed fraud, or interfered with operations.
Termination, suspension, banning, or removal of benefits does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms may be posted on the store, Discord, website, or another official location.
Your continued use of Veinfall SMP after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
27. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that part shall be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining sections shall remain in effect.
28. No Waiver
If we do not enforce part of these Terms immediately, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

We do not currently offer support through email. All official support requests must be handled through our Discord server.
30. Final Acknowledgement
By using Veinfall SMP or purchasing from the Veinfall SMP store, you confirm that:
- You understand that all purchases are digital goods.
- You understand that ranks and coins have no real-world cash value.
- You understand that purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
- You understand that chargebacks may result in bans and removal of benefits.
- You understand that breaking server rules may result in loss of access without refund.
- You understand that perks, ranks, coins, packages, and server systems may change over time.
- You understand that support is handled through Discord only.
- You agree to follow all Veinfall SMP rules and applicable platform rules.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Veinfall SMP and do not purchase from the store.
